My 9 year old needed phase one braces and was a little nervous. The My Kids Dentist team was so amazing. Our Dentist identified the need for a consult and we were able to meet with Dr. Zach at the same office, so my kiddo was already more comfortable. They answered all of my questions, set up different treatment options and let me know what the price would be with insurance. I was set up with everything I needed to make an informed decision on treatment. The braces themselves were painless for my son and they did such a great job of talking to him throughout the procedure and keeping him and myself informed. All in all it was a very positive experience.

My twins have been going to My Kid's Dentist and Orthodontics at the Blue Springs office for about 8 years now. A few years ago we moved over an hour away from the office. We briefly tried a dentist more local to us, but quickly realized that My Kids is home for us. From the attentive and kind front staff, to the assistants, hygienist and doctors in the back office, this place is top of the line and we couldn't ask for anything more. The back office people do GREAT with kids with fears and behavior/disabilities. They make going to the dentist fun and exciting for the kids. They explain all treatment to the parents in a clear and understandable way. They leave time for questions and clarification. My out of pocket costs are always clearly explained BEFORE treatment. We recently started Orthodontics and that side of the house is just as amazing and the general dentistry side. Dr. Williams gives options and really looks at the needs of each individual kid. We will continue to make the 1 hour drive because My Kids is one of a kind!
